| 摘 要： | 旅游专业实践教学是高校旅游教育中的一个难点,事关旅游人才的质量及旅游业发展的全局,值得重视和深入研究。本文在分析云南省旅游院校状况及地方院校旅游专业实践教学现状的基础上,结合云南旅游"二次创业"的规划全局,探讨了地方旅游院校专业实践教学发展的优势,总结了旅游实践教学的经验模式,并建议将情境教学、订单培养及全程产学交叉等作为云南省地方旅游院校专业实践教学的主要形式。

An Exploration on Practical Teaching for Tourism Major of Local Colleges in Yunnan Province |

| Abstract: | As a difficulty for higher tourism education, practical teaching of tourism major is worth focusing and researching. It is related to qualities of tourism personnel and the development of tourism industry. Based on the status quo of Yunnan＇ s local tourism colleges and the practical teaching of tourism major, combined with the overall planning of ＂second undertaking＂ of Yunnan tourism industry, privileges for tourism major development and modes for practical teaching of tourism major are summarized. The author also puts forward some suggestions for improving practical teaching, for example, situational teaching, order training and the alternation of learning and working all through the college years. |
