摘    要:针对球形单牙轮钻头的结构和运动特点,建立复合圆柱坐标系统,并完整地给出这种钻头的几何学和运动学基本方程。在此基础上以模形齿为对象研究了单牙轮钻头井底凿岩轨迹的形成,并建立了井底轨迹图仿真软件。应用仿真软件得出钻头不同的几何参数、运动参数及不同齿面结构凿岩的井底轨迹图。通过与一只实际钻头凿岩模式相比,所得理论井底轨迹图与实际钻头凿岩井底模式非常吻合。

Abstract:In the light of the structure and motion characteristics of the spherical mono-cone bit, compound cylindrical coordinates were set up, and basic geometric and kinematic equations for the bit were presented. The formation of the bottom hole rockdisintegrating track of the mono-cone bit with wedge teeth was studied, and a simulation software for the track pattern was developed. The geometric parameters, kinematic parameters and the bottom hole track pattern of different tooth profiles can be worked out by means of the simulation software. The theoretical track pattern obtained accords with the actual bottom hole disintegrated by a test bit.
