水平井抽油杆载荷计算

摘    要:按水平井抽油杆柱与油管不同接触状态,给出了在造斜井段、稳斜(斜直)井段抽油杆轴向力和抽油杆柱底端载荷的计算公式。对某井造斜井段的实例计算结果表明,抽油杆与油管间挤压力绝对值随轴向力绝对值增加而增加,上冲程时,造斜井段上部的抽油杆与油管间的磨损最严重。

Abstract:According to the different status of contact between the sucker rod string and the tubing in a horizontal hole, the equations for calculating the axial force on the sucker rod in deviation building section and in deviation maintaining section and the load at the bottom end of the rod string are presented. An example of calculation shows the absolute value of pressure between the rod and tubing increases with the increase of the absolute value of axial force, and on the up stroke, the most serious wear occurs at the upper part of the deviation building section.
