重油催化裂化轻柴油不安定性组分的研究

摘    要:对重油催化裂化轻柴油进行碱洗,白土吸附,酰洗以及采用石油大学开发的RS剂精制,探讨催化裂化柴油中的不安定组分。结果表明,常规的脱硫,脱氮方法精制效果不明显或是工艺不适于工业应用。实验进一步发现,除了硫,氮杂原子化合物外,催化裂化柴油中还含有相当数量的酚类物质,总量约占柴油的0.1%-0.5%(质量分数),这些酚类是引起柴油不安定的最重要的化合物,能明显加剧柴油的不安定性,在不脱除硫,氮的条件下,仅脱除这些酚类物质就能大幅度提高柴油的安全性。开发的RS精制剂能有效脱除柴油中的酚类物质,从而显著提高催化柴油的安定性。

Abstract:Many unstable components in RFCC diesel have been studied through different chemical refining methods, including caustic washing, clay adsorption, acid washing and refining by RS solvent developed by University of Petroleum. Experimental results indicated that conventional processes of refining, such as desulfuration and denitrogenation were ineffective to improve the stability of RFCC diesel or not suitable for commercial application. Moreover, it was found that in addition to sulfur or nitrogen compounds containing in RFCC diesel, there existed a certain amount of phenols and its homologues with total content varying from 0.1 to 0.5 percent by mass. Further experiments showed that phenols were the most unstable components in RFCC diesel, with the removal of phenols, the stability of diesel was greatly improved while there were no removal of sulfur and nitrogen. RS solvent has been proved to be effective to remove phenols from diesel and hence to improve the stability of diesel.
