Abstract:Unconventional oil and gas resources, such as shale gas, are characterized by poor physical properties and serious sensitivity. A large amount of water resources consumed in the fracturing process, and the treatment of flowback fluid will also cause huge environmental pressure. Therefore, a new type of low carbon alkane anhydrous fracturing fluid is studied in this paper. It is prepared by cross-linking a new type of phosphate ester gelling agent with a new high-efficiency, low-cost aluminum ion cross-linking agent in a low-carbon alkane-based liquid, compared with the iron ion cross-linking agent, aluminum ion crosslinking agent system stability, the experiment shows that the water fracturing fluid has a good rheological property, gel breaking and carrier performance, temperature tolerance of up to 145 ℃, and meet the needs in high temperature oil field reservoir reconstruction. Because the fracturing fluid gel system does not contain water,it has good compatibility with the reservoir and little damage to the reservoir, so it has a good development prospect for the development of unconventional sensitive reservoir.
