| 摘 要： | 2-（甲基-2-吡啶氨基）乙醇为合成罗格列酮的关键中间体，为了进一步提高其收率及简化反应操作，适当地提高反应温度及改变反应的后处理步骤，可缩短反应时间至7～8h，简化操作步序，显著提高反应收率至95％左右．

| Abstract: | 2-(methyl-2-pyridinylamino)ethanol is the key intermediate to synthesis of rosiglitazone.To enhance the reaction yield,appropriately increasing reaction temperature and changing post-disposal can shorten reaction time to 7~8h,simplify the operations and significantly improve the yield to 95%. |
