渤海油田大斜度井分层测压技术研究与应用

摘    要:随着渤海油田的持续开发,已应用了多种增产措施来保证油田的产量,由于各种增产措施的应用及开发的进行,地层参数发生了很大变化。为了满足后续油田的配产配注、压力及产能预测等精细开发方案的设计和实施,需对各储层的参数重新进行测试。由于渤海油田的大斜度井及水平井占比近一半,普通钢丝电缆工具串无法通过自身重力下至目的层。因此本文研究了应用连续油管内穿电缆的工艺,携带分层测试工具串下入井中,配合测试堵塞器及地面采集系统的应用,能够实现一趟多层的测试。通过该技术的应用能实现简便快速的单层测试工艺,及时掌握单层动态变化;同时配合连续油管及测试堵塞器则可以实现大斜度井测试,不仅能满足大斜度井测试需求,还能在测试期间完成复产,降低测试对于生产的影响;跨隔测试技术在渤海油田高效完成作业,取得了准确可靠测试结果,因此该技术具有极大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the Bohai oilfield,various production stimulation measures have been applied to ensure the production of the oilfield.Due to the application and development of various stimulation measures,stratum parameters have changed greatly.In order to meet the design and implementation of subtle development plans such as allocation and injection,pressure,and capacity prediction of subsequent oilfields,the parameters of each reservoir need to be retested.Because the proportion of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells in Bohai oilfield are nearly half,ordinary steel wire tool strings cannot reach the target layer by their weight.Therefore,this paper studied the process of using a coiled tubing with cables inside,carrying a series of layered testing tools into the well,and using the test plugging device and the surface acquisition system to achieve a multi-layer test.Through the application of this technology,the simple and fast single-layer testing process can be realized,and the dynamic change of single-layer can be grasped in time.At the same time,with coiled tubing and test plug,high deviation wells can be tested,which not only meets the test requirements of high deviation wells,but also completes the re-production during the test period,and reduces the impact of testing on production.Straddle layered test technology is highly effective in Bohai oilfield,and accurate and reliable test results have been obtained.Therefore,this technology has great application value.
