致密气压裂返排液回收利用技术研究

摘    要:为完善致密气压裂施工中水资源的循环利用技术,减轻油气田地面工程建设环保压力,本文以山西致密气压裂返排液为研究对象,开展了致密气压裂返排液回收再利用的试验研究,对复配的压裂液基液黏度、交联性能、耐温耐剪切性能、破胶性能进行测试。试验结果表明:致密气压裂返排液经处理后可用于复配胍胶体系压裂液,压裂液各项性能指标均达到了致密气井压裂施工要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the recycling technology of water resources in tight gas cracking construction,relieve environmental protection pressure of oil and gas ground engineering construction.An experimental study of recycle and reuse technology is carried out which takes the Shanxi's tight gas fracturing backflow as the research object,test the viscosity of the mixed fracturing fluid base fluid,cross-linking performance,temperature and shear resistance,gel breaking performance.The results show that,after the fracturing backflow is treated,the water can be compounded with guar gum system fracturing fluid,the performance indexes of fracturing fluid have reached the requirements of fracturing construction of tight gas wells.
