摘    要:镇海炼化150 kt/a MTBE装置二级反应器在线更换催化剂期间出现反应器内构件损坏、一反催化剂泄漏等问题,通过丝网内件修复、运行指标优化等方法得以解决。同时针对二反换剂后萃取塔顶未反C4中二甲醚超标的问题,采取改进置换方式、控制床层入口温度等措施,并取得良好的效果。

Abstract:Damage of inner construction elements of the reactor and catalyst leakage in single stage reactor appearing during the online catalyst replacement course in two stage reactor on 150 kt/a MTBE unit of Zhenhai Refinery Branch Co.,which were solved by repair of mesh inner elements and optimization of running indexes.Aiming at the over standard content of dimethyl ether in unreacted C4 in the top product of subsequent extracting tower during catalyst replacement in two stage reactor,some measures were adopted such as improving displacement mode and controlling inlet temperature of the bed,then good effect was obtained.
