摘    要:试验在拉弯矫直理论的基础上,利用有限元显式动力学软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA的拉弯矫直模拟结果,建立了压弯量与弯曲曲率之间的关系曲线,以现有模型提供的压弯量与延伸率为基础计算得到相应张力。试验对屈服强度为180 MPa、厚度为3 mm带钢的拉弯矫直参数进行设定。结果表明:方法简单、实用,可以满足生产使用要求,可对其他规格带钢的拉弯矫直参数设定提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the tension leveling theory, the relationship curve of intermesh and curvature radius was established with the bending-straightening simulation results of finite element explicit dynamics software-ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the corresponding tension stress was obtained with the extension and intermesh of available models. The tension leveling parameter of strip which was 180 MPa in yield stress and 3 mm in thickness was set in this experiment. The results showed that this method was simple and practical, which can satisfy production requirements and provide references for setting the tension leveling parameters of strips of other specifications.
