Study and Manufacture of Lightweight Heat-insulated and Refractory Flyash Bricks

Lightweight, heat insulated and refractory bricks were made of the good fly ash and mixed with a little of assistant materials and compound cohesion agent, the density of which is 0.6~1.0g/cm 3. This brick which is composed of 60~90% fly ash does not need refractory clay has low conductivity, good heat stability, low cost and can replace a float fly ash brick. Therefore, it has spread value in metallurgical, mechanical and chemical industry.
