锰掺杂氧化锌纳米线的制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:
采用水热法制备氧化锌纳米线,并通过降解甲基橙评价其光催化活性。以聚乙二醇为模板,氯化锌和氯化锰为原料,在120℃下能获得具有纤锌立方结构的锰掺杂氧化锌纳米线,直径大约为30nm,改变聚乙二醇和氢氧化钠的量,可获得锰掺杂氧化锌纳米线阵列。此外,相比纳米线阵列,锰掺杂氧化锌纳米线具有更好的光催化性能,在120min能降解浓度为20mg/L的β甲基橙溶液。

Abstract:
Mn-doped ZnO nanowires were prepared by hydrothermal method, and their photocatalytic property was investigated by the degradation of methyl orange (MO) . Experimental results indicate that Mn-doped ZnO nanowires with hexagonal wurtzite structure are attained under 120 ℃ by using manganese chloride and zinc chloride as the raw materials, the polyethylene glycol as template agent. The diameter of nanowires is about 30 nm. The Mn-doped ZnO nanowire arrays were obtained by changing the amount of polyethylene glycol and sodium hydroxide. Moreover, the Mn-doped ZnO nanowire exhibites more excellent photocatalytic activity than the Mn-doped ZnO nanowire array, in which the amount of degraded MO comes up to 100% in 120 min.
