汽蚀工况液体射流泵的实验研究

摘    要:介绍了一种可用于有压管道自动定量加料装置的工作原理和试验研究方法。利用了液体射流泵在汽蚀工况下流量比不变的特征,通过实验研究了射流泵的形状及工作参数对其汽蚀流量比和装置效率的影响,对单级和双级射流泵的工作性能进行了对比实验,通过分析找到了合适的射流泵配比方案。研制了有压管道自动定量加料装置并进行了现场试验。

Abstract:The working principle and the experimental studying method of the automatically and quantificationally adding-material equipment were introduced, which can be used in pressing pipeline,and takes advantage of the liquid jet pump's character that its flow ratio doesn't change in cavitation.The effect of the pump's parameters of shape and working on its cavition flow ratio and efficiency,has been studied by means of experiments.And the contrast of the working performance between the single-step and the double-step jet pump has been also done in experiments.The appropriate project of the rationing jet pump has been found by analysis.The automatically and quantificationally adding-material equipment has been developed and been tested in practice.
