摘    要:介绍英国规模较大的配电及售电运行商、电力监管机构相关情况,选择西部配网公司、EDF公司等几家配(售)电公司作为主要研究对象开展国际对标,对国际电力营销与服务市场进行研究分析,总结分析近年来营销集约化管理取得的成效,深入开展对比和找差工作,探索、研究构建国际一流营销服务新体系。

Abstract:The article introduced large-scale supplier of distribution and sale of electricity to run electricity regulatory agencies, a few select the western distribution network companies, EDF companies with (sold separately) Power Company as the main object of study for international benchmarking of International Power Marketing services market research and analysis, analyzed the results achieved in recent years, marketing intensive management, carried out a comparison and found the difference, explored study to build a world-class marketing service system.
