摘    要:通过氨法-塔式捕集吸收CO2新工艺中试装置,系统研究了氨法捕集燃煤电厂烟道气中氨水浓度、CO2的浓度和系统反应温度对CO2脱除率的影响,对反应产品按照国标进行了氮元素定量检测和XRD定性分析,研究了氨水吸收CO2的动力学行为,结果表明:本中试装置脱碳效率一般在84%以上,当氨水的质量浓度达到8%,燃煤电厂烟道气中CO2浓度为14.98%,反应温度为32℃时,脱碳效率可达93.2%,为氨法-塔式捕集吸收CO2新工艺的工业化奠定了基础.

Abstract:The effects of parameters,including ammonia concentration,CO2 concentration and reaction temperature on CO2 removal efficiency were systematically studied by ammonia scrubbing at a pilot-scale device for capturing CO2 in the flue gas from coal-fired power plants.The nitrogen element content and qualitative XRD analysis in reaction products were completed according to the national standard of China.The dynamics of ammonia scrubbing CO2 was analyzed.The results show that the CO2 removal efficiency was more than 84%,and the CO2 removal efficiency of 93.2% was achieved while the ammonia concentration of 8%,CO2 concentration of 14.98% and reaction temperature of 32 ℃.This study results provides a basis for industrialization.
