六面顶压机掉压故障分析与排除

摘    要:本文根据多年来对六面顶压机使用和维修的经验,参照六面顶压机的液压原理图,采用网络图的方式,系统地列出了六面顶压机掉压原因。然后逐个进行分析,排除次要原因,找出产生故障的主要原因。在分析原因的过程中,通过不断探索,找出了一些容易操作的切实可行的方法。例如,依据回油管的温度高低来判断六个工作缸是否漏油;打开并检查控制油管来判断超高压二位七通阀密封是否损坏;打开并检查回油管判断某些阀件是否漏油等。这些方法虽然简单,但判断准确。在维修时,对价格较高的六个工作缸和超高压两位七通阀的划伤,不是购买新元件,而是自行维修,这样既省时又节约了大量费用。使用这些方法,可以快速找到故障并排除故障,减少了停机率,降低了超硬材料生产成本。

Abstract:In this paper all reasons of pressure decrease of the cubic press are analysed and listed in web chart on the basis of the hydraulic theory of cubic press and our many years use and reparation experiences. We have found some practical methods to solve the problems quickly and effectively. For example, we can judge whether six cylinders are leaking oil by,touching and feeling the temperature of the back oil pipe; we can find whether the super pressure two position seven way valve is damaged by opening and checking the control oil pipe; we can find whether some valves are leaking oil by opening and checking the back oil pipe and so on. These methods are simple, but practical and money saving. Using these methods, we can find the breakdown quickly and eliminate them, reduce the shutdown time of machine and thus decrease the production cost of super hard material. About author:SoingCheng, born in Zhoukou, Henan, in 1963. Engineer, Expert, do the production and research of super hard material and as a teacher who tells students how to produce the super hard material and abrasive for a long time.
