| 摘 要： | 贾卡经编机是生产网眼类装饰织物的主要机器，其产品主要用于室内装饰和装饰性妇女内衣面料及其花边辅料等。贾卡经编机的发展经历了从机械式到电子式，从有绳控制到无绳控制，新一代匹艾州（Piezo）贾卡提花系统的使用，使得贾卡经编技术更趋完善，贾卡原理得到进一步扩展，其产品更加精致和完美。本文将重点介绍现代贾卡经编技术的发展、工艺、机器结构原理以及花型设计方法。

| Abstract: | Jacquard warp-knitting machine is a main machine for producing net decoration fabric.The products of these machines are used in home decoration, underwear for ladies and lace for clothing.Jacquard machine is developed from mechanical to electronic,from wire control to wireless control,and the new Piezo Jacquard system made the jacquard warp-knitting technique more advanced,the productions of these machine are much more delicacy and perfect.This article introduces the development and technique of modern jacquard warp-knitting machine,its construction principle and pattern designing. |
