| 摘 要： | 提高高校体育课教学质量是高校体育改革的‘中心环节，而优化教学方法是提高教学质量的重要途径，本探讨了在高校体育教学中运用”概念教学”的必要性，以及如何运用该教学方法提出了自己的看法。
