| Abstract: | Competition law is the name to the laws that adjust the market competition relationship and market competition administration relationship in the economic operation. By analyzing the natural monopoly property of telecom and formation and development of American and European competition law, the specific application of the competition law in telecom supervisian is discussed, trying to provide some benefit reference for the supervision problems in our Chinese telecom competition. |
