| 摘 要： | 结合非洲实际情况,阐述了研究物资采购管理对于非洲道路工程项目管理的重要意义,结合目前非洲道路工程中物资采购现状分析了存在的问题,针对性地提出了几点建议,以期指导实践,使国内施工企业在非洲道路工程项目中创造更多利润。

| Abstract: | Combining with the facts in Africa, the paper illustrates the important role of the material purchase management in the management of the African road projects, analyzes the problems of the material purchase in the African road projects, and points out some suggestions, so as to direct the practice and to create more benefits for the construction enterprises at home in the African road projects. |
