熔融还原流程的数学模型

摘    要:采用改进的Rist操作线原理,编制了熔融还原流程工业试验物料和热量平衡数学模型。按照工业试验的要求,该模型增加了对试验数据的判别功能。为建立该流程的操作模型奠定了基础。用该模型进行了配料计算、中间产品预测和系统能耗分析,依据半工业试验数据对我国熔融还流 程的能耗进行了预算。

Abstract:A mathematical model for the pilot test of smelting reduction process was deve loped with improved Rist diagram. According to the requirement in the pilot test, the data of the pilot test should be self checked. It provides a foundation for the operating model of the smelting reduction process. The mass and enthalpy balances have been calculated and the intermediate product can be predicted by the model. Using the experimental data, the energy comsumption for Chinese smelting reduction process was calculated.
