摘    要:实验针对普通的彩色喷墨打印机,检测了不同类型纸张上线条输出的质量特性。基于ISO 13660标准中定义的线条属性指标,实验开发了基于工业CCD捕获的数字影像进行线条属性指标求解的工具软件;其后,根据打印机的输出分辨率,设计了含有不同宽度的水平和竖直线条图标,并由7种纸张打印输出和测量分析。结果表明:喷墨打印的线条质量与纸张性能有明显的关系,而与打印技术关系不大;此外,照片打印纸在线条的密度、对比度、线宽增量和线边缘粗糙度方面较普通打印纸有较佳的表现,但线边缘的模糊度性能却不及后者。

Abstract:For ordinary color inkjet printer,experiment for measurement of the line quality attributes was carried out.Based on the line attribute definitions in international standard ISO 13660,a software was developed for calculating the line attributes from the digital image captured by a industry CCD system.According to the used printing resolution,a target consisted of some horizontal and vertical lines with different widths was designed and printed out on seven inkjet printers.And line attributes of these output samples were measured.The results indicate that the inkjet printed line quality is significantly related with paper performance,rather than the printing technology.Furthermore,it shows that the line density,contrast,line width increment and line edge raggedness attributes on photo papers have better performances compared with ordinary printing paper,but the line edge blurriness of the former are worse than the latter.
