摘    要:通过对液压提升的层位精度、乘坐舒适性及其液压驱动与制动间的工作协同性分析,指出了现有液压提升机的手动操作,变量泵直接反馈排量调节变量结构,泵控马达开环速度控制方式等是液压提升机不能实现立井提升的主要原因,实现液压提升机的计算机自动控制才是解决问题的关键。

Abstract:After a performance coordination analysis on floor level accuracy, riding comfortability, hydraulic driven and braking of the hydraulic hoist, the paper pointed out that the hand operation, the feed back discharge adjustment structure of the variable pump, open circuit speed control method of pump controlled motor and others are the main causes of the shaft hoisting. To have a computer auto control for the hydraulic hoist is the key to solve these problems.
