不同组织毛衫织物面密度与编套数之间的关系

摘    要:采用毛/腈纶混纺纱线作为原料,在普通横机上编织毛衫织物常用的4种组织,通过改变编套数,对4种组织的编套数与面密度之间的关系进行研究。通过系统的试验分析,得到了1+1罗纹、三平、四平、四平空转组织等4类毛/腈毛衫织物的编套数与面密度的线性回归方程。研究结果表明,随着编套数逐渐增大,4种组织织物的面密度逐渐增大,在编套数相同时,4种组织织物中,四平空转组织织物的面密度最大,三平组织织物的面密度最小。

Abstract:In this paper,four primary structures of the woollen sweater fabric were knitted on the common plat machines with wool and acrylic blended yarn.By changing the plait set,the paper researched the relationship of the plait set and surface density of three stitches fabric.By systemic testing and analysis,the linearity regress equations and the contrast coefficients of plait set and surface density of four kinds of acrylic sweater fabric were achieved,including 1×1 rib,half-milano rib,full gauge 1×1 rib and milano rib.Research results showed that surface density of three stitches fabric would gradually increase with increasing the plait set,and while the plait set being same,for the four structures fabric,surface density of milano rib fabric was maximum,and surface density of half-milano rib fabric was minimum.
