基于PSO的自整定PID温度控制研究

摘    要:温度控制对象具有大惯性、纯滞后特性,常规PID控制效果较差,参数难以整定。以控制效果的超调量、稳态误差以及调节时间组成适宜度函数,采用粒子群算法进行PID参数寻优,并与Ziegler-Nichols算法整定参数进行比较。仿真实验表明,PSO寻优得到的PID参数,控制效果优于Z-N。PSO提供了一种较好的PID参数整定新方案。

Abstract:There is large inertia and time delay in the temperature control system,conventional PID control result is not satisfied,and it is difficult to tune the parameters.PSO was used to find the optimal PID parameters.The fitness function was made up of overshoot,settling time and steady error of step response.The control result based on parameter from PSO and Z-N was compared.Simulation experiments show that the control results based on parameters from PSO was significant improved.PSO is a better parameters self-tuning method for PID control.
