| Abstract: | By the means of Auger Electron Spectrometer,Scanning Electron Microanalyzer Electronic Probe,the adhesion of poly p xylylene on Ni Ti alloy substrate with plasma pretreatment was sludied .Ni Ti alloy,Coated the poly p xylylene film,has excellent biological compatibility and Can extend the application in the field of biomedical hcalth. |
