辐照蠕变寿命外推方法

摘    要:奥氏体不锈钢材料被广泛用于的第四代液态金属快中子增殖反应堆核心构件中,辐照和蠕变损伤耦合作用是影响其寿命的主要模式。为了建立短时辐照蠕变寿命外推的合理方法,在参考用于材料蠕变寿命外推的时间-温度参数法的基础上引入一个量纲一的辐照影响系数,根据辐照-时间-温度参数法推导出了含辐照影响系数的Lason-Miller参数方程和Dorn参数方程,并通过快堆内辐照蠕变数据进行了验证。新定义的辐照影响系数基本呈随温度上升先降后稳的趋势。

Abstract:The austenitic stainless steel was selected as the structural material for the core part of the Gen Ⅳ liquid metal fast breeder reactor (LMFBR), and the in-plie lifetime was mainly affected by coupled creep and irradiation damage. In order to provide a proper in-pile irradiation creep life extrapolation method, the time-temperature parameter (TTP) method, which is usually used in material creep life prediction, was studied. Based on this, the irradiation-time-temperature parameter(ITTP) method was presented involving a new dimensionless factor called irradiation influence factor. The Larson-Milller parameter equation and the Dorn parameter equation with irradiation influence factor were deduced by ITTP method and checked by in-pile irradiation creep data. The newly defined irradiation influence factor generally appears to decrease firstly and then stabilize when temperature increases.
