橡胶混凝土在桥面铺装隔热技术中的应用

摘    要:为了降低混凝土箱梁日照温度效应,调查了橡胶粉作为桥面铺装隔热材料的可行性,开展了橡胶混凝土导热性能、强度及施工工艺试验,通过实例分析推出了橡胶粉桥面铺装对混凝土箱梁日照温度效应的减控幅度。结果表明:调整桥面铺装的材料组成,是降低混凝土箱梁日照温度效应的最有效措施;混凝土铺装做成100 mm厚、4%掺量的橡胶混凝土铺装时,温度效应减控幅度为16%;沥青混凝土铺装下层做成50 mm厚、4%掺量的橡胶混凝土铺装时,温度效应减控幅度为28.5%;橡胶粉在桥面铺装中采用4%掺量、无机盐处理工艺,桥面铺装综合性能最好。因此,4%掺量的橡胶粉应用在桥面铺装中,能够实现桥面铺装的隔热性能,降低混凝土箱梁的日照温度效应。

Abstract:To reduce solar radiation thermal effect on concrete box girder , the feasibility of rubber particles used as heat-shielding material in bridge deck pavement, is studied in the tests of thermal conductivity , strength and application technology on rubberized concrete , in order to deduce the minus control range of rubber particles deck pavement.Results show that changing the material composition of deck pavement is the most ef-fective measure to reduce solar radiation thermal effect on concrete box girder .Concrete pavement modified into 100 mm thick with 4% rubber particles can reduce solar radiation thermal effect by 16%.Bituminous concrete modified into 50 mm thick with 4% rubber particles can reduce solar radiation thermal effect by 28.5%. By mixed 4% rubber particles, modified with inorganic salt, pavement performs best in its combination property. Therefore, 4% rubber particles used in bridge deck pavement can achieve heat insulation property of pavement and reduce solar radiation thermal effect on concrete box girder .
