摘    要:针对某1 000MW汽轮机高中压缸轴承箱油档损坏和轴承振动增大的现象进行分析,认为轴承异常原因为油档积碳引起,提出采用新型节能保温材料,并将1号至4号油档改造为气密式油档,从而根本上解决油档处轴颈积碳、磨损问题。

Abstract:By analyzing the reasons leading to oil damper damage of the high and intermediate pressure bearing box for a 1 000 MW steam turbine and the bearing vibration problem, above abnormal phenomenon is found to be caused by carbon deposition on the oil damper, to which corresponding countermeasures are proposed, such as adopting new energy-saving thermal insulation material and changing air dampers No.1 to No.4 into airtight type,e tc., so as to fundamentally solve the problems of carbon deposition on the journal and abrasion of the oil damper.
