| Abstract: | The paper discusses the moderate development of the higher education in Ningbo as required by the basic realization of modernizations, the promotion of the popularization and internationalization of higher education, summarizes the features of three mores in Ningbo s higher education since the reform and opening to the outside world, and raises the opinion that development, reform and improvement should be laid emphasis in order to achieve the strategy of sustained development of Ningbo s higher education. |
