粉状物料导电性与含水量关系的研究

摘    要:本文运用美国HP公司生产的3457A型精密电阻仪详细研究了硅酸盐工厂常用工业粉状原料的导电性与含水量间的对应关系。揭示了其共有规律及各种物料的特殊规律。并给出了具有一定指导意义的数学公式。此外,本文同时给出了温度及颗粒度对粉状物料导电性能的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the relation between electrical conductivity and water content of industrial pulverized raw materials, which are commonly used in silicate words,areresearched, with a model-3457A precision resistor made in U. S. A.. the common laws and specialities are revealed. A valuable mathematical formula is obtained. Besides, the influence of temperature and grain size on electrical centluctivity of pulverized materials is also given in this paper.
