摘    要:为了提高过程控制计算机画面显示数据的实时性以及减小系统负荷,结合宝山钢铁股份有限公司二炼钢转炉过程机改造项目,讨论了基于事件驱动的画面实时刷新方法。在分析了该方法的开发和运行环境后,通过刷新组描绘了事件与画面之间的对应关系,通过终端信息表叙述了获取现场终端画面最新信息的方法以及两种互补的键字刷新模式,最后给出了强制显示的实施细节。本方法首先在宝钢二炼钢转炉过程机系统中采用,取得了良好的使用效果,2010年又成功移植到宝钢二炼钢铁水预处理过程机系统中。

Abstract:In order to improve the real-time performance of process control computer picture and reduce the system load,this paper discussed real-time refresh method based on event-driven according to the renovation project of No.2 steel-making BOF process control computer in Baosteel.The developing and operating environment was analyzed.The relationship between event and picture was depicted using refresh group.The method of how to obtain the latest information in terminal picture was described through the table of terminal information.And then,two complementary refresh modes with different keys were also described.Finally,the implementation details of forbidden-refresh were given out.This technology was firstly used in the BOF process control computer system of No.2 steel-making in Baosteel.Its performance was perfect.Recently,this method has been successfully transplanted into the hot metal pretreatment process control computer system of No.2 steel-making in Baosteel.
