| 摘 要： | 液压冲击钻机是一种相比气动凿岩机有较多优势的新型钻凿设备,目前,国内外还没有专门应用于冲击钻机的液压系统,市场上的冲击钻机大都是基于成熟挖掘机系统,在斗杆前安装钻孔推进系统,采用液压缸-钢丝绳推进提升机构,并配备空气压缩机用于排渣,进一步提高钻孔效率。介绍了＂铁力士＂牌HDDP40型冲击钻机的结构及工作原理,详细阐述了其液压系统设计方法,经过各工况下反复测试、分析,钻机性能与基本参数均达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | Hydraulic percussion drill is a new kind drilling equipment with more advantages than Pneumatic percussion drill.At present,there is no specific hydraulic system used in the percussion drill both domestic and international.Now the percussion drills on the market are mostly based on mature excavator system,installed propulsion system before drilling stick,used hydraulic cylinder-wire rope lifting mechanism,and equipped with air compressors for the slag to improve drilling efficiency.This paper Introduces the structure and the working principle of HDDP40 type percussion drill-"Iron Hercules" and elaborates the design method of the hydraulic system.After repeated testing and analysis of each condition,the drill performance and basic parameters are reached to the design requirements. |
