| 摘 要： | 在城乡统筹规划中,城乡建设用地面积的确定是优化城乡空间结构,发挥土地综合生产功能和生态服务功能,集约高效利用土地资源的首要条件。本文尝试运用人地和谐分形关系的思想方法,应用GIS空间分析技术,以合理集约利用土地资源、保护生态环境为目标,对成都市新都区城乡聚落与水系的分形关系规律进行实证研究,并由此探索了确定与自然处于和谐包容状态的城乡建设用地面积最优值和最大值的分形测算方法。
