大型液压挖掘机液压系统节能技术的研究

摘    要:以某单位提供的挖掘机为实验平台,通过试验分析各液压节能回路的节能效果。设计新型能量回收系统,观测其节能效果。总结了大型挖掘机液压系统常见的能耗问题,针对存在的问题从不同方面介绍了液压节能技术的现状并对液压节能的发展趋势进行了说明。

Abstract:By the experimental platform of an excavator provided by a company, the hydraulic energy saving effect of each loop was analyzed through experiment. A new energy recovery system was designed, and its energy saving effect was observed. The common energy consumption problems of the hydraulic system of large hydraulic excavator were summarized. Aiming at the problems existed, from different aspects, the status and development trends of hydraulic energy saving technology were introduced and described.
