香樟叶中黄酮类化合物的提取

摘    要:采用乙醇提取法,研究香樟叶黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。以芦丁为标准样品,建立了芦丁标准工作曲线回归方程:A=12.2875C-0.014667,相关系数r=0.9995。用正交实验研究了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果表明,最优提取条件为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶10,温度75℃,提取时间2.5 h。

Abstract:In this paper,the extraction of flavonoids from cinnamomum camphora leaves was studied.With rutin being taken as the standard sample,the regression equation of rutin standard working curve:A=(12.2875C)-0.014667,the correlation coefficient is r=0.9995.The optimum conditions of ethanol concentration,ratio of materials to solvent,extracting temperature,extracting time were determined.The optimum conditions of extracting were 60% ethanol,ratio of materials to solvent is 1∶10,temperature is 75℃,extraction time is 2.5 h.
