摘    要:通过试验建立了一种鲜奶中铵盐测定的新方法,并对该法所需KI、NaClO和NaOH试剂的加入顺序和用量等影响因素进行了系统的考察和优化,最终确定的操作步骤为:给掺假样品中依次加入KI和NaClO-NaOH混合试液,体系出现棕灰至黑色判为阳性反应,在最佳操作条件下对NH4^ 的检出下限为16.82mg/L乳。结果表明,该方法灵敏,操作简便,掺假现象容易判断和把握,检测费用低廉,适宜于在养殖、收购和销售等现场及野外进行操作,便于推广应用。

Abstract:In this paper a new method for rapid inspection of ammonium salt in fresh milk is established through the test,and has carried on systematic observation and optimization to some factors.The best operating sequence is :join KI and NaClO-NaOH mixed solution to the adulterated sample sequentially,then the appearance of brown to dark is judged the positive reaction.Under the best operation condition,the lowest quantity limit of NH4 that can be detected is 16.82 mg/L milk.The test phenomenon showed the method was sensitive and simple.Moreover it is very cheap and convenient to inspection.So is easy to be popularized and applied.
