双作用叶片油泵定子曲线的改进设计

摘    要:提出一种对双作用叶片油泵定子曲线改进设计的思路,改进定子的特点是增大吸油腔过渡曲线所占的角度范围,同时减小压油腔过渡曲线所占角度范围,使前者大于后者,这样可以使叶片在吸油腔的外伸速度和加速度减小,或者使定子曲线的升程增大,可增大油泵排量,改善油泵起动性能和吸油条件.

Abstract:A new type of double-acting vane pump stator curve was presented. After improved, the angle range of absorption area curve was increased, the angle range of compressed area curve was decreased, and the former was bigger than the latter. The pump using the new stator can decrease the velocity and acceleration of vane in absorption area, or increase the stator curve lift, can get bigger displacement, while its start performance and self-absorb performance are better than the traditional double-acting vane pump.
