电动平台控制回路校正环节的软件自动计算方法

摘    要:针对电动平台现有的控制回路校正方法是加超前、滞后环节的试凑法,带有一定的盲目性,耗时、耗人力,且当时象特性较为恶劣、指标要求较高时则根本达不到校正的目的.提出一种利用软件自动计算校正环节的方法,只需输入给定的系统频响指标、交流伺服系统的开环特性,软件会自动给出正确的校正环节.通过对校正环节的离散化,就可以在全数字伺服控制系统中达到系统的指标要求.仿真结果表明了方法的有效性.

Abstract:The correction method of electric platform control loop is lead-lag compensator tril-and-error. It is blindness, time-consuming. And it is impossible to get the result of correction when object characteristic is scurry and index is too high. Put forward a method to get the correction part with software. The input of software is system frequency response , AC servo drive system open loop performance. The correct correction part will be calculated by the software. After the correction part discretized, the system index can be satisfied in fully digital servo drive system.
