摘    要:目的建立荧光光谱法测定玫瑰花醇提部位荧光特性的研究方法。方法采用荧光分析法结合紫外光谱测定玫瑰花醇提部位的光谱特征,并对浓度、温度以及放置时间等因素对荧光特性的影响进行研究。结果玫瑰醇提部位在Ex 287 nm/Em 364 nm存在一荧光特征峰,其荧光强度受浓度影响较大,在0.1~0.4 mg/mL浓度范围内,荧光强度随浓度的增大而增强;玫瑰花醇提部位荧光强度随温度的升高而降低;此外,在48 h内,其荧光强度较为稳定。结论玫瑰花醇提部位存在明显的荧光特征峰,且甘肃、山东及贵州3个不同产地荧光特征峰在强度上存在一定差异,为进一步完善玫瑰花药材质量评价系统提供了理论基础。。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To determine the fluorescence characteristics of alcohol extracts from rose plants by fluorophotometry, and to provide theoretical basis for a new method for quality evaluation of rose herbs. Methods The fluorescence analysis method and UV spectrum were used to determine the spectral characteristics of alcohol extracts from rosettes, and the effects of concentration, temperature and time on the fluorescence characteristics were studied. Results There was a characteristic fluorescence peak at Ex 287nm / Em 364nm, and the fluorescence intensity of rose extract was significantly affected by the concentration. In the range of 0.1~0.4 mg/mL, the fluorescence intensity increased with the concentration. The fluorescence intensity of rose alcohol extract decreased with the increase of temperature. In addition, the fluorescence intensity was relatively stable at 48 h. Conclusion There are obvious fluorescence characteristic peaks in the extraction site of rosette alcohol, which can be used to evaluate its quality.
