空调箱表冷器性能仿真与结构优化

摘    要:在空调箱中表冷器的性能不仅受到工况参数的影响,而且也随结构参数的改变而变化。本文建立了表冷器仿真的集中参数模型,并分别对相同工况下,不同结构的表冷器的性能进行了仿真分析,通过全冷量和水侧阻力的对比,引入收益系数的概念。收益系数综合考虑了全冷量和水侧阻力,为表冷器的结构优化提供了依据。

Abstract:The performance of fin-tube heat exchanger used by air handle unit is variable with not only condition parameters,but also structure parameters.Lumped parameter model is designed,and a performance analysis of fin-tube heat exchanger is carried on under the same condition and different structure parameters.By the comparison of the total cooling capacity as well as waterside resistance pressure,we put forward a conception,beneficial coefficient.Taking total cooling capacity and waterside resistance pressure together into consideration,beneficial coefficient provide the basis for the structure optimization for fin-tube heat exchanger.
