摘    要:在电厂中,必须严格控制过热器出口蒸汽温度,使它不超过规定的范围,蒸汽温度过高或过低,都将给安全生产带来不利影响。针对电厂主汽温被控对象的大迟延、模型不确定性,设计了一种带自调整因子的模糊控制器,并和PID控制器相结合,构成了一种模糊-PID复合主汽温控制系统,系统结构为串级控制,充分利用了模糊控制的动态特性好和PID调节能消除静态偏差的特性。仿真结果表明,所设计的系统在控制品质、鲁棒性方面优于常规PID控制系统。

Abstract:In power plant, We must control the main steam temperature of the output of the super-heated implement to some required range. If the steam temperature is too high or too low, it will bring on dangerous factors.In order to overcome the large delay and the uncertainty of the main-stream temperature object in fossil-fired power station, a composite main stream temperature control system which combines a fuzzy controller with adjustable facter and PID controller .The system is a cascade control system which fully use both the good dynamic characteristics of fuzzy control and eliminating static deviation of PID control. The results of simulation indicate that the control quality and the robustness of Fuzzy-PID composite cascade control system is superior to the general PID system.
