Abstract:In this paper, a new on-site identification method for critical speed of large hydrogenerator set is introduced. The critical speed is caleulated by FFT process to impulse response function of shaft system of hydogenerator set, which is obtained by FIR and in time domain average to the shaft vibration signal caused by aeration. The critical speed of No. 1 hydrogenerator set of Ankang hydropower station is calculated successfully.
