摘    要:结合正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)溶胶-凝胶反应原理,通过静电纺丝技术制备了表面附有SiO<,2>粒子(硅球)的纳米SiO<,2>纤维.纤维经γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)预处理后(n-SF),首次与等规聚丙烯(iPP)通过单螺杆挤出机制得复合材料(n-SF/iPP).电子扫描显微镜表明,n-SF在iPP基体中分布均匀,界面结合良好,偏光显微镜(PLM)显示,n-sF的加入使得iPP晶粒细化,XRD计算知卢晶型相对含量约为空白样的2倍,冲击性能大幅上升.

Abstract:The electrospun SiO2 nano-fibers incorporated with SiO2 nano-particles(n-SF)on fiber surface were developed through the electro-spinning combined with sol-gel of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS).The hierarchical SiO2 fibers treated with silane coupling agent KH570 were doped into isotactic polypropylene(iPP)by the single screw extruder to get the composites.SEM observation showed that n-SF had even dispersion and good interface in the iPP matrix.PLM demonstrated that n-SF resulted in the grain refinement of i...
