摘    要:分析回转台连铸工艺的环境条件与所需称重装置的设计要求,设计一种用于回转台连铸工艺过程的称重装置.回转台称重装置采用高性能锻件梁体设计,提高结构性能和秤体使用寿命;采用水平限位与垂直限位保护传感器和保证称重装置的称量精度;设计全封闭防辐射结构和压缩空气风冷系统,保证传感器在高温及热辐射条件下长时间正常工作.回转台称重装置...

The design and application of turret weighing device
Abstract:The weighing device applied in turret continuous casting process is designed in this paper, according to analyzing the environment condition of turret continuous casting process and the design requests of weighing device. To improve performance of structure and service life of weighing body, high-performance forging beam body design is used in the device. To protect sensors and ensure the weighing precision of the weighing device, horizontal and vertical positive stops are adopted. And fully-closed radiation protection structure and compressed air wind-cooling system are designed to ensure sensors work normal for a long time in high temperature and heat radiation. The turret weighing device is satisfied for turret continuous casting process, and improves the quality and efficiency of steel-making.
