| Abstract: | According to drum stove batching system features, use of materials on the massive scale hopper static measurement, the wet powder material with full suspension of the electronic belt scale dynamic measurement. On this basis, establish a distributed fieldbus control system, use cost-effective SIEMENS PLC as the master control station, PLC control by the feeding equipment, using PROFIBUS-DP bus technology equipment will be distributed together into a whole, using configuration software real-time monitoring system to realize computer control, improve accuracy and efficiency of the ingredients. |
