摘    要:介绍了安钢螺杆余热蒸汽发电的工艺流程、技术特点、设计及应用。通过采取模糊PID的控制方法,使该技术的潜能得到充分发挥,减少了转炉蒸汽的外排放散,为实现工业零外排奠定了基础。

Abstract:The process flow,technical characteristics,design and application of the waste heat power generation with screw rod by steam in Anyang steel were introduced. By using the fuzzy PID controller,the technical potential of the technology were fully brought into play and the converter steam exhaust and emission were reduced,which could make the foundation for the realization of industrial zero discharge.
