摘    要:介绍了济钢针对1750 m3高炉在高Al2O3、高渣比的不利条件下所采取的相应措施及效果。通过加强对炉料的管理,优化高炉操作制度,创新炉况管理方式等优化措施,实现了生铁含[Si]量控制在0.4%以下,取得了显著的成效。

Abstract:On the disadvantages of high Al2O3and high slag ratio m,some measures and effects were introduced by1750 m3blast furnace of Jinan Steel. The mass fraction of silicon in pig iron were controlled below 0. 4% through the measures like enhancement of management on the raw material,optimized operation parameters and innovation of management on BF condition,and then prominent effects were gained.
