W-MSU-2介孔分子筛的合成与表征

摘    要:以壬烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Tx-15)为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,氟化钾为助剂,采用原位一步法加入偏钨酸铵,在中性条件下合成了介孔分子筛W-MSU-2。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)对W-MSU-2分子筛的结构进行了表征。结果表明,W-MSU-2介孔分子筛仍具有MSU-2的介孔结构,并且W在骨架中保持较好的分散度。随着W加入量的增加,介孔分子筛有序度提高,孔径变小,比表面积增加;当W加入量(质量分数)为6%时,对介孔形成最为有利,此时分子筛孔径为3.1nm,比表面积为495m2/g。介孔分子筛经焙烧后,有序度增加且孔道未发生坍塌。

Abstract:W-MSU-2 mesoporous molecular sieve was synthesized with polyoxyethylene nonylphenoether(Tx-15) as template,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as silica source,potassium as assistant reagent,by the route of one way and via adding ammonium tungstate by one step in-situ mode under the neutral conditions.
