气候变暖背景下海洋工程设计中几个方面的新提法

摘    要:介绍了全球气温升高对海洋工程的影响.传统的海洋工程设计中都没有考虑气温升高这个情况.而气温还在进一步升高,气温升高导致海平面上升;洋面气温高,这又导致台风频发强度增大.在海洋工程设计中应该考虑到这些影响.本文介绍了应对全球气温升高和海平面升高,设计高水位、年极值波高和设计风速的一种新提法.
